i did have a happy birthday
so i actually ended up having a great birthday. i went to the zoo and was first happy to learn that the yards had already been cleaned becasue the keepers got in early for the bear debut. So when I get there i walk past gunter's cage and dont really say anything to him and he whines for me to come back. when i get there he gives me a little chuff to say happy birthdya to me. so the first thing i got to do was see the giant anteater ultrasound. Which was lots of fun. after that it was time for the bear debut, so we went down and stayed for like an hour or so watching her. She is so adorable. Not fully grwon yet so she's only 94 pounds. Oh and Tracy made a point of telling everyone that they let her out just for me for my birthday. Her and our male bear Nicky saw each other from their separate yards and it was so cute to see her trying to get to him. anyway so after the bear debut, it was business as usual i washed some cages then it was lunch time. normally i get to leave around then, but instead they told me i could go down and look at billie jean some more since she was climbing the structure that was built for her. I was kind of expecting to leave, but I didnt mind becasue like I said Billie Jean is an adorable bear and so much fun to watch. So I'm down there for about an hour and its time to bring the bear back in. Since I was down there I got to go into the building and see the bears up close, which i never get to do since im always up with the lions and tigers. So after BJ was back in Tracy says she'll walk back up to lion/tiger with me. WHne we get there, there's a cake lit up with candles and they sing happy birthday to me. I was totally not expecting it and it was really nice of them to be that considerate. So my whole zoo experience. i had such a good time. It made me happy about my birthday whereas before i was bummed out about it.
Anyway after the zoo i went to dave and busters with my mom, brother, and lori. Kate met us for dinner at cheesecake factory afterwards. It was a fun dinner and my family actually liked the food there, which is rare since they're such picky eaters. When we got home i stopped by grandma's house since she had a gift for me, and i learned that she is now addicted to internet porn. just what every person wants to learn about thier grandmother. but anyway i had a great day and got over that stupid anxiety
